The paper outlines Aim's marketing strategy, consulting services, and consequences to establish Aim's as Pakistan's top consulting firm. Primary and secondary sources of information on Aim's have provided me with the data I need for my report. Aim's Education is a consultancy firm for education. It offers comprehensive advice and assistance to students looking for funding for post-secondary education abroad. Aims operates in Bangladesh, Bangladesh, Australia, and the UK. As the top-ranked schools and universities in various nations, Aims collaborates with seven different nations. Aims began operating on the Facebook platform in 2010. Due to the overwhelming number of reactions from its Facebook page. The goal of Aim is to empower students by offering high-quality, moral, and ethical services. Through the analysis of UNESCO data and other papers regarding Pakistani higher education, Aim's has planned its STP. Based on the needs of Australia, Canada, the UK, Germany, Sweden, and Malaysia, Aim's has divided its clientele into different segments. Targeted by AIM are prospective customers who have a need for Australia, the UK, and Canada. Aims began positioning itself through its first Facebook group, where the CEO helped Pakistani students with all aspects of studying abroad. Aim's holds career seminars at renowned colleges and universities in Multan as well as in other areas. Through these actions, the pupils are being exposed to the Aim's brand. Aim's is a long-standing company in the education consultancy sector. As a result, Aims constantly monitors the actions of rivals to adjust services and plans. Moreover, Aim’s has designed an ‘English Spoken ‘course to improve the speaking skill which is getting good response from clients and working as another competitive advantage. Aim’s helps to select institutions and subjects, assists in visa processing, credit transfer, in gaining foreign scholarships, and assist in PR processing. Aim’s conducts IELTS and PTE courses by the top skilled instructor of Multan. The services of Aim’s are free of any charges. The seven Facebook pages of Aim’s and other social sites such as Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube channel are the main medium for promoting the goals and activities. Aim’s conducts career live sessions online, share informative news about foreign study and articles of top ranked universities in these sites.

    The Effects of EHRM on Communication Pace and Processing Time and Cost of HR Processes: Mediating Role of Perceived Organizational Agility and Moderating Role of Technological Attitude

    Every organization needs human resources management (HRM), as it deals with one of the most valuable resources: human capital. HRM has seen a shift in the last two decades, using technology to boost performance. The use of technology in the current competitive era is required in every function of an organization to add value and give organizations a competitive edge. This study investigates the effects of EHRM functions on communication pace, and processing time and cost of HR processes directly and with the mediation of perceived organizational agility. The study also investigates the moderating role of technological attitude in the relationship between EHRM functions and organizational agility. A sample size of 383 employees selected through convenient sampling technique from HR departments of different companies of Lahore, Pakistan. The data analyzed by using Partial Least Square Structural Equational Model (PLS-SEM) using WarpPLS software. The study focuses on how EHRM practices can enhance organizational effectiveness and give the company a competitive advantage. Benefits can be gained by designing and implementing e-HRM systems in a way that supports the workflow of organizations. The study adds significant value to the existing research on EHRM by providing empirical insights about the role of EHRM in improving communication pace, processing time and cost of the HR processes.

Such as the department of human resource management, research and development department, marketing and sales, accounts, procurement, audit, and information technology etc. Shezan Company has a complete organizational structure that enables to carry out their assigned responsibilities in a hierarchical manner. Additionally, Shezan Company does to ascertain their opportunities, threats, vulnerabilities, and strengths, do a SWOT analysis. By participating in exhibitions as part of their marketing plan, they also bring in new customers or brands.     This report will overview of all the activities done as an internee in Ghazi Fabrics International limited was incorporated in 1984 as a private business under the Companies Ordinance and then On January 7, 1990, it changed its status to a public limited company. The primary objective of this report is to describe my first experience working in an organization. I spent seven weeks there as an intern in their accounting department. This is a short period of time, and learning all of the functions in such a short period of time was difficult; now, the experience was extremely beneficial and informative. In that short time, I learned how to enter data, verify documents, utilize accounting software, track receipts, purchase orders, and make invoices. Many things will come in beneficial for me in the future. In this paper, I have summarized the basic concepts of how a textile mill works. Through this internship program, I was able to learn about the company's many operations. Furthermore, I performed a strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats analysis. This report describes my experience here, as well as the lessons I have learned and knowledge I have gained. I wanted to describe the knowledge I gained from such a source in this study. It has taken all of my time, energy, and ability, as well as everything I have learnt. Overall, my learning experience has taught me about the overall design, as well as its administration, regulations, methods, and objectives. My internship experience taught me a lot about the textile industry, and I have written about what I have learned about industry exercises and manufacturing procedures.     The Factors Affecting Turnover Intentions in Private Schools: Mediation of Job Engagement and Moderation of Job Autonomy

    This study aims to find out the vital contributing aspects to job engagement and their impact on Teacher Turnover Intensions (TTI). For this purpose, it utilizes workload, work-family conflict (WFC), and job stress as antecedents to job engagement at the first level. Then, job engagement serves as a mediator to TTI. Moreover, this research examines the moderation of job autonomy between independent variables (workload, WFC, and job stress) and job engagement. The results of the PLS-SEM provide that job stress directly impacts job engagement and indirectly impacts teachers’ turnover intentions. Besides, job engagement also impacts teachers’ turnover intentions. Other than these, job autonomy plays a moderating role between work-family conflict and job engagement, whereas its direct impact on job engagement was found to be insignificant. Based on these results, the study provides theoretical and practical implications and future research directions.

    Examining the Impact of Fintech Based Financial Inclusion on Poverty and Income Inequality: A Study of Low and Lower Middle Income Countries

    Financial market imperfections such as information asymmetries, market segmentation, and transaction costs hinder poor people's access to formal financial goods and services, preventing them from escaping the poverty. UN Sustainable development goals includes the alleviation of income inequality and poverty from the world till 2030 and for the achievement of these goals financial inclusion is indispensable. Emergence of financial technologies paved the ways for financial inclusion. The data of twenty-three low and lower middle income countries for six years was used in this study. An index of fintech based financial inclusion which measured the three dimensions of fintech based financial inclusion such as supply (Access), demand (Usage) and overall access and usage for twenty-three countries was also developed and its impact was examined on poverty and income inequality by using the two step system gmm and fixed effect technique. It has been found out that fintech based financial inclusion demand side index (Usage) have negative impact on poverty. Whereas, Fintech based financial inclusion supply side index (Access) have positive impact on poverty and income inequality. Moreover, fintech based financial inclusion overall index has negative impact on poverty when fixed effect method was used but have positive impact on poverty when the two step system gmm was used. Furthermore, Fintech based financial inclusion overall index have positive impact on income inequality. This implies that fintech-based financial inclusion, rather than mitigating income inequality, exacerbates it. The core rationale behind these findings lies in the understanding that income inequality is a persistent, long-term issue that cannot be significantly reduced within a short timeframe. This research sheds light on the nuanced effects of fintech-based financial inclusion on poverty and income inequality, emphasizing the need for comprehensive, long-term strategies to address these challenges.
