It has clients and various products from England, Canada, Bangladesh, Switzerland, A few of these products are pickle, juices, squashes, tomato ketchup, jam etc. Shezan industry is in competition with Tops, Nestle, Maza etc. there are about 800 worker’s total. The organization is managed by a number of departments. Such as the department of human resource management, research and development department, marketing and sales, accounts, procurement, audit, and information technology etc. Shezan Company has a complete organizational structure that enables to carry out their assigned responsibilities in a hierarchical manner.
