    I have started my internship program at Masood Textile Mills (Pvt) Ltd and have thoroughly visited different departments. I had been giving my expertise specifically in Merchandising department which is subdivision of Marketing department. During my internship period I have visited different department and watched operations that are carried out on daily basis. During Initial weeks I got the opportunity to know about the organization that MTM (Masood Textile Mills) is a knitted garments manufacturing and yarn dying company and is independent in all its operation work with big brands internationally. It has an organized working system that contributes to the organizational growth. Specifically, I got opportunity to have practical experience in Merchandising. Merchandising department is further divided into different teams and each team is assigned with different brands to work. I had experienced the process of follow-up which means to be updated, and keep (team, department, organization, and customer) updated about each and everything in operation of garment manufacturing. My team is working with five brands Vanguard, Cast Iron, LFDY (Live Fast Die Young), The Sting and PME Legend is the premium brand. The responsibilities of merchandising team are Development of Product, Planning of Project, Costing, Sample planning and manufacturing, Production Order Punching for Bulk production, Customer’ Dealing and Order placement. I have been working with team for whole internship period. During this period, I had faced some issues such as communication with employees within the departments, understanding the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning System) on with whole management system work is complicated and crucial for merchandizers to understand, and last important is follow-up of the operations because merchandizer has to deal with the entire departments, but team is small, that’s why it was challenging during the period. At the end of internship, I had been in the environment and got some practical knowledge, experience and real life learning that will help me to push my career.

    This report is written with the purpose to study the business operations of century paper and board limited(CPBM) , How they operate and perform their business activities .Century paper and board mills is the flagship company of Lakson group .In this report ,the method used to observe and analyze business operations of paper and board industry (CPBM) is based upon the swot analysis, marketing strategies ,marketing mix , Competitive Strategies and business process analysis . As an internee, I was appointed to the planning department (production and sales). Their production and sales can enhance by using these theoretical concepts. This report includes my responsibilities as an internee, my accomplishments in internship period, problems faced during internship, internship experience impact on my career.

ICU-First Nourishment puts stock in the force of sustenance to have a positive and demonstrated effect on well-being and development. Consistently, we are enlivened by our motivation to spearhead wholesome disclosures that assist kids with developing and carrying on with a better life. Bosom milk is the most dietary sustenance a baby can get; however, now and again, taking care of bosom is unfeasible or unavailable for specific reasons. Consequently, to meet the prerequisites of these denied-off infants, baby equation is the best elective substitute with every one of the healthful necessities (not identical to bosom milk), which the restorative local area considers acceptable for babies and kids.

    This internship reports presents my six weeks internship at Hamza Enterprises Pvt limited. I got the honor of working with the Marketing department of the firm under the supervision of Mr. Hamza Zahid Khan. This internship gave me the opportunity to learn about the marketing tactics and a hand on practice in the injection molding industry. Moreover, this training has opened a gateway for me to pursue this field in professional life. This is a brief report on my internship program. A complete detail of what I did and learnt in these six weeks. Beside the theoretical knowledge gained, I learnt how to deal with the professionals in the corporate sector.

    Impact of Computer Technology on Accounting Information System and Its Effect on Organizational Performance

    In recent times, the business environment is continually growing because of the quicker technological changes in producing systems improvement of information systems (IS), growing market competition, growing expectations from the customers and unprincipled manipulative actions conducted by businesses. During these circumstances, the composite and impulsive business dynamics has confronted the numerous role of Accounting Information system (AIS) in the input driver to the economic and business communication, considerably because of its connection with management effectiveness (Curtis, 1995).When we talk about AIS, it is a tool that uses firm s information management system (MIS) for directing the monetary and economic inflows or outflows in the organizations. However, amplified enhancements in IT have enabled the businesses to use such various strategic stance (Louadi, 1998).As we already studied that the accounting is the art of business in which we collect record, sum up it and shows the financial information of the firm. Accounting Information System (AIS) manage all the financial information and make available the final information in form of summaries that is necessary for the decision making. AIS play a vital role in the decision making and the managers used this advance technology to manage information. Over the past serval years, the accounting is changed from signal entry system to double entry system due to the change in accounting procedure. This causes the accounting software to change a lot. Previously accounting data is just needed for profit and loss accounts but now we also predict the profitability, the trends of profitability and a detailed analysis of factors affecting these profits.
