Century paper and board mills limited

Abstract

This report is written with the purpose to study the business operations of century paper and board limited(CPBM) , How they operate and perform their business activities .Century paper and board mills is the flagship company of Lakson group .In this report ,the method used to observe and analyze business operations of paper and board industry (CPBM) is based upon the swot analysis, marketing strategies ,marketing mix , Competitive Strategies and business process analysis . As an internee, I was appointed to the planning department (production and sales). Their production and sales can enhance by using these theoretical concepts. This report includes my responsibilities as an internee, my accomplishments in internship period, problems faced during internship, internship experience impact on my career.
