Item Impact of Human Resource Planning on Organizational Performance(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2020) Umer Bin Rais; SP17-BBA-047; Ms. Hafsa Shaukat; LHR TP 6812The core aim of this study was to understand the impact of HR planning on organizational performance. This involves the importance of overall human resource management functions and how workforce productivity is linked with sound implementation of human resource planning. This study has been done through qualitative approach, previous researches and research articles have been analyzed with additions to few interviews with relevant personnel. The objective of the study covers the core need for human resource management and how HRP linked to workforce productivity. Top organizations around the world have been discussed with reference to human resource planning. Thorough analysis has been done on what HR planning strategies have been used by these organizations. Various barriers considering human resource planning confronted by Pakistani organizations have been discussed and on the basis of evidence various recommendations have been proposed to these organizations. Despite being extremely important a brands reputation is very sensitive and can be easily tarnished. Considering today’s digital era where every individual has a good amount of social influence this phenomena becomes more dangerous. Brands need to give every consumer a certain degree of importance. One tweet, meme or video can completed destroy a brands reputation. Companies around the globe and in Pakistan need to think how to effectively communicate with their audience both traditionally and digitally. Brands despite communicating effectively need to address the concerns of various consumers in manner that aligns with their brand values.
