    This report is prepared for the Internship phase of BBA program of COMSATS University Islamabad Lahore campus. This report highlights the major work carried out during the internship period. The scope of this document is to provide background information about the host company, as well as details about its purpose, vision, and business operations, including organizational structure, SWOT analysis, marketing plan, competitive strategy, and business process analysis. This report also outlines the principal responsibilities and accomplishments. Information obtained by the intern, issues faced, and the ways in which experience advances career. The internship was done at Welcon Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd, founded in 1994, which is one of the largest pesticide and fertilizer selling company. The experience of working in a multicultural environment was amazing. The duties and experience helped by increasing practical knowledge depth. There were also some technical and non-technical challenges in the company. Almost at the end of the internship, my management and communication abilities have significantly improved. Besides, there were some vital lessons that will hat will undoubtedly be useful in the future.

    This document is the product of my internship experience at Gohar Fabrics Mills Limited. Faisalabad's Gohar Cloth Mills is well-known for its vertically integrated production of high quality textiles for merchants, distributors, wholesalers, and distributors all over the world. The organization can maintain stringent quality control, maximize effectiveness, while and reduce lead times by handling every aspect of production in-house. In order to meet and surpass global standards, Gohar Textile Mills also makes investments in state-of-the-art technology. The company also upholds its ethics thru engagement with the community, ethical labor guidelines, as well as environmental initiatives. Because of this, the business is in an ideal position to diversify and is committed to producing high-quality textiles while upholding its reputation for quality, international reach, and business ethics. I've outlined my observations and takeaways from my time in this report. I have meticulously recorded the knowledge and useful abilities I have acquired since I view this record as a valuable resource in the HR Department.

    INTERMODA BRANDS

    I obtained an internship at Intermoda (LuluSar) Brands, a successful textile business in Pakistan, as a BBA (Hons.) student at COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus (Department of Management Sciences). I picked Intermoda Brands (LuluSar) because of its solid reputation and set of norms and standards, which I regarded as a chance to learn and grow in a professional setting. I worked in fourteen to sixteen departments throughout my internship, with an emphasis on the PPC department, which is connected to my chosen field of study. I discovered how several departments collaborate to develop and distribute Intermoda Brands' (LuluSar) three sub-brands: LuluSar, Moris, and Koya. All of them target their own market and have different products in Pakistani market. Overall, my internship with Intermoda Brands (LuluSar) was an excellent learning opportunity. I also acquired vital lessons about the necessity of workplace communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. I am convinced that the knowledge and experience I obtained at Intermoda Brands (LuluSar) will be extremely useful in my future profession.

I have taken in the lessons maybe the hardest way, that is, however my oversights.     FACTORS IMPACTING INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS

    This research report will be focusing on how employees can be impacted by certain factors in the workplace like diversity, harassment in workplace, the style of leadership as well as the rate of turnover in restaurants. It will also take a look at how the choices a consumer is making can be affected by the advertisement done by a restaurant as well as the image that the restaurant has. Both of these sides have been covered in this report because in service sector, the performance of an employee will directly impact actions of a consumer. The study was conducted in Sialkot. The results of the employee questionnaire showed that they have also been affected by the mentioned workplace factors in the report. The analysis of responses showed that consumer choices are affected by these two factors. The restaurant owners should be able to keep up with the new ways being introduced in the world instead of sticking to old traditions so that they can get customers and retain their employees too. The report includes recommendations for the owners to help them deal with customers and employees if they are facing these issues caused by such factors.

    Brand image is one of the most important characteristics of a company. Despite being extremely important a brands reputation is very sensitive and can be easily tarnished. Considering today’s digital era where every individual has a good amount of social influence this phenomena becomes more dangerous. Brands need to give every consumer a certain degree of importance. One tweet, meme or video can completed destroy a brands reputation. Companies around the globe and in Pakistan need to think how to effectively communicate with their audience both traditionally and digitally. Brands despite communicating effectively need to address the concerns of various consumers in manner that aligns with their brand values.
