Abstract:
For more than sixty years, individuals in the construction and real estate industries have relied
on Habib Rafiq Pvt Ltd as their go-to resource. Projects in the fields of aviation, infrastructure,
housing, and environmental protection have benefited tremendously from the experience of
the business in civil, electrical, and mechanical services. Because of HRL's expertise in the
development of commercial and residential real estate, as well as the building and operation of
power plants, the company has built a name for itself that is acknowledged all over the world.
The forward-thinking culture of the firm, the brilliant personnel it employs, the broad product
catalogue it offers, and its excellent status in the industry are the company's strengths.
However, hurdles include things like unstable market circumstances, complicated rules, and
the need to keep up with quickly changing technology. These factors make it difficult to make
progress. The construction division of HRL's overarching objective is to one day become
internationally acknowledged as the gold standard for excellence in the construction industry.
The marketing and competitive strategies focus on the company's brand, quality, innovation,
and commitment to sustainability, whilst the SWOT analysis may provide light on the inner
workings of the organisation by identifying its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and
threats. During my time spent working as an intern on the Lahore Smart City project, I was
given the opportunity to gain experience in a broad array of sectors, ranging from accounting
and finance to advertising and marketing. When seen in their whole, HRL's products and the
enormous body of work that exemplifies the company's previous and ongoing efforts become
more visible
