Abstract

In fact, the research is based on the job satisfaction of employees, which involving poor working conditions, low wages and health problems in the company hyper mart. The fundamental reason for this exploration is to find the accomplishments of the delegates of the affiliation. The factors that I took into account in my research were low wages, poor working conditions, and poor health promotion for employees. We will select data from two sources, primary and secondary resources. Primary data is collected from questionnaires surrounded by the public to comment on issues, while secondary data is obtained from websites, reports and articles published by the company.
