Abstract
There is a lack of some practices in most Electrical Engineering organizations to self
evaluate the existing situation to manage uncertain or disastrous situation in organization.
The primary purpose of this research study is to investigate the impact of SEE practices on
organizational resilience. Reliability of the data collected through questionnaire checked
by factor analysis. In addressing the first question, to find the level of SEE in Electrical
Engineering organizations, the descriptive analysis utilized, including frequency
responses, mean, standard deviation, variance, and skewness, concluded that Electrical
Engineering firms had adopted SEE practices moderately. There is a healthy existence of
SEE practices in firms, but still, there is a need to improve. In addressing the second
question, to find the level of resilience in Electrical Engineering organizations, the
descriptive analysis, including frequency responses, mean, standard deviation, variance,
and skewness, concluded that organizational resilience in Electrical Engineering firms is
also at a moderate level. However, it still needs continuous improvement to face and
recover from complicated situations. Finally, in addressing the third question, to find the
impact of SEE practices in Electrical Engineering organizations, the results of correlation
analysis and multiple linear regression concluded the strength and impact of SEE practices
on organizational resilience. It shows the significant impact of process implementation and
execution, sustainable performance, and human capital performance on organizational
resilience.
