Abstract
The basic aim and key objective of this research is to properly assess the undergraduate scholars’ perspective of display of power by instructors which can be furthermore classified into five type’s (1.)Coercive power display (2.) Showing legitimate power (3.)Referent power display (4.)Showing reward power and (5.)Exhibiting expertise power. It was additionally meant to examine that whether or not undergraduates perspective vary substantially in terms of Gender. To this point, we first performed a study just to make a check on the two factors (Validity, Reliability of the “Teacher Power Use Scale”. The following study of reliability plus validity of the scale was performed by gathering data from a figure of 59 Undergraduates. For the sake of validity purposes, exploratory factor test were carried, reliability ratings and item total correlations were also used.
