Abstract

To have a practical exposure regarding the entrepreneurial competencies and how does it operate and being practice by individuals and on high organizational level. Hence, to get an idea of this importance, deep analysis and practical examples will be taken. The objective of this project is to figure out what is entrepreneurial competence and what factors plays an important role in having them. In this project, we will figure out the specific traits, skills and objectives that are necessary to have if an organization or an individual wants to achieve entrepreneurial competencies. Moreover, we will put an emphasis on the applied side too which highlights the real world scenarios and how companies achieve ultimate success by following these qualities.
