Cresent Bahuman Limited, Pindi Bhattiyan

Abstract

This report describes my six-week internship at the textile company Crescent Bahuman Limited (CBL). It is situated on Lahore-Sargodha Road Pindi Bhattiyan. This report describes the knowledge I gained during my time at CBL. I will discuss the company's history, departmental responsibilities, background, and current status. During my tenure there, I learned lots about Pakistan's textile industry and the supply chain management, logistics, and production process planning processes. I am able to know that how they turn raw cotton into high-quality jeans. It made me realize how hard the CBL employees making efforts to make sure customers are happy with the products. I’m also going to discuss about the technical and business side of Crescent Bahuman Limited, like their strengths and weaknesses (SWOT analysis), how the company is structured, how they market their products, and how they make their products. I'll make some suggestions on how they can improve their product manufacturing. Towards the end of my report, I'll share my duties, what I achieved during the internship, what I learned, and any challenges I faced. Crescent Bahuman Limited is unique in Pakistan because it handles everything from making yarn from cotton (spinning), weaving fabric, to creating the final clothing product (garment). So, they're involved in every step of the clothing-making process.
