In the present study, we are recognizing these findings by focusing on the role of perceived HRM practices. Our model explains that when employees perceive that HRM practices are to enhance their performance the experienced higher level of job involvement which is the reason behind lower level of emotional exhaustion. Conversely, when employees perceived that HRM practices are to cut down the cost they feel work overload which converted into higher level of emotional exhaustion. The data was collected using simple random sampling and statistical software was analyzed through SPSS. For analysis, Correlation and regression were used to test the research hypothesis. For this Research, a study is conduct in banking sector of employees in Pakistan. In the study, it appears that there is a meaningful relationship between perceived organizational that is positive, supervisor support on performance, using a sample of 200 banking employees.
