(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2023) Syed Ali Naqi Naqvi; CIIT/SP20-BBA-080/LHR; Mr. Affan Ahmad Khan; LHR TP 0000
Internship provides a student with a vibrant image of what he has to adapt to after spending time studying academic subjects. Without real-world training, business education is futile so along with the theory; practical training is provided to business students to expose them to the real working environment of any organization. These trainings provide the student with a clear understanding of what he is lacking in just spending time in academic subjects, helps him to implement his knowledge, and provides him with an outline of knowledge relating to the concepts and practices of the given topics in the organization. The summer training is an essential part of the course curriculum of Bachelors of Business Administration (BBA Honors). In this, the student is in the spot to examine the primary working of an organization with his bare eyes and recognize the dynamics in a better manner. This particular training has been conducted at OLP FINANCIAL SERVICES OF PAKISTAN in a course of six weeks. I was sent to “CREDIT& MARKETING” Department. In my department, I studied several documents of company along with other documents describing regulations and guidelines, which are necessary for the effective working of Non-Banking Financial Institution and stated the workings in an account.

PAK ELEKTRON LIMITED 14KM, FEROZEPUR ROAD, LAHORE
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2023) MUHAMMAD AFFAN MASHHOOD; CIIT/SP20-BBA-045/LHR; SIR MUHAMMAD BILAL JAVED; LHR TP 0000
The primary purpose of this internship was to familiarize me with the application of the knowledge I have gained in university and to provide me with a glimpse of real-world employment and how it operates. According to my comprehension, practical knowledge is significantly distinct from literary knowledge. I believe that in an academic environment, students can acquire the definitions of concepts and terms, but not how they function in practice. In the classroom, students learn various concepts pertaining to finance, accounting, marketing, and information technology; however, an internship provides the opportunity to see everything from a broader perspective, and the experience gained surpasses that of a textbook. This internship program has given me a great deal of experience and confidence that I can use in both my professional and personal lives. Internships are renowned for allowing students to implement their knowledge in a real-world setting. In addition, they provide students with a perspective on the future tasks they will perform in corporations or firms. This internship program served as a beneficial steppingstone for me as a student and as someone who is about to embark on the true journey of life; consequently, the practical knowledge and skills I gained during this internship will undoubtedly be beneficial to me in the future.

    AQUA REGIA
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2023-11-20) Muhammad Khalil; CIIT/SP20-BBA-005/LHR; Sadia Umar
This internship report would not have been possible without the perseverance, fortitude, honesty, diligence, and moral foresight that I am grateful to the Almighty for bestowing upon me. The people who helped me, either directly or indirectly, finish my internship and write this report also deserve my gratitude. I have tried to illustrate the fundamental elements that influence the decision to repurchase services from the online service sector. Some elements are later shown to be very significant for the retention of customers in the online service industry. I began by attempting to determine the topic's dependent variable, which is "repurchase intention," and then I selected "pricing," "brand experience," and "service quality" as independent factors to support this dependent variable. We have tried to ascertain the connection between these factors. "Filing bank statements, preparing bank vouchers, preparing cash vouchers, making deposits, and maintaining supplier and client ledgers" are some of the dependent and independent variables that I set out to determine. Afterward, I set out to gather information from respondents by asking them topic-specific, targeted questions. Data analysis utilizing pattern component matrices, commonalities, and factor analysis descriptions were other tasks I completed. The findings have now been made available to me.
