In my report I have clearly mentioned the history of Sapphire textile mills along with the complete information about the directors and their ownership in Sapphire group. I have briefly mentioned about the current operating units in the company.

    Bulleh Shah Packaging came into existence to enhance the business of packages limited. Bulleh Shah Packaging (Pvt.) Ltd. is a joint venture being set up in Pakistan between Packages Limited and Stora Enso. Packages Ltd. is the leading packaging organization. The organization produces paper and board and changes over it into high quality printed packaging items. The organization utilizes the most recent accessible innovation in its adaptable, in the production of their product. Stora Enso is a world pioneer in the board and packaging business and has through this Joint Venture extended its sustainable packaging business to Pakistan. The organization created approx. 11 Million tones of paper and board a year ago and is the biggest provider of fluid packaging board. Their aggregate turns over added up to approx. 11 Billion Euro. Packages Ltd. is satisfied from this joint venture because of its increasing market share and also from the investment coming to Pakistan from foreign country. The turn over for 2013 of Bulleh Shah was more than of Rs. 10 Billion and the Joint Venture is anticipating a significant increment in its creation limit of paperboard. The organization has its paperboard and corrugated packaging operations basically in Kasur, close Lahore. Over the years, the Company continued to enhance these facilities to meet the growing demands of packaging products. It is spread over 225 acres of land.

    Work stress and Job performance in oil and gas industry of Pakistan

    Stress is an emerging extending dilemma in firms as it is active state during which person tackled with occasion, need for a person’s desires and is recognized to be vague and needed. Work stress is a often problem across employment and its impact on worker’s productivity. Meanwhile. job performance can be considered as a labor in which an individual is able to fulfill a assigned task by rationally utilizing the available resources assigned to him/her efficaciously. Currently, workers are alarmingly evaluating the stress managing problems which contributes to lower job productivity of worker deriving from not being satisfied with their post and elevated yield eventually affects their organizational aim and goals. The overall purpose of methodology is, to collect relevant data and illustrate the research procedures. It involves the research design, the sample procedure, how to collect data for the project work report, and inspecting procedure. This project work is based on explanatory research which mainly focuses on the major issues of the organization. Thematic sampling techniques have been chosen for qualitative data and cluster sampling technique for quantitative data. Under the primary data, the method which i have selected for collecting the data was ground on the questionnaires infused by the sample employees where employees are selected and interviewed randomly at Descon Corporation Limited. Mainly focuses on the major issues of the organization. Thematic sampling techniques have been chosen for qualitative data and cluster sampling technique for quantitative data. Under the primary data, the method which i have selected for collecting the data was to make questionnaires and then distributed them among the workers of the firm, where employees are selected and interviewed randomly at Descon Corporation Limited. For qualitative data, sample size is 5-6 key persons whereas for quantitative data, the sample size is 47. For qualitative method, i conducted short interviews with all the department heads of the organization in order to get the in-depth information regarding work stress, job accomplishment and coping styles. Close-ended questionnaires with likert scale rating has been designed to gather quantitative data which is based on major issues i.e. work stress, influence of work stress on job performance, stress management program evaluation and their individual coping styles. Data analysis would be interpretive using content analysis by taking support using SPSS program. Finally, i will conclude the findings followed be the recommendations, keeping in view contemporary research in the area.

    Since the outbreak of pandemic SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) in Wuhan, China, in 2019. The world has been opposing with the plain health and economic consequences that are caused by novel form of pneumonia caused by SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) first reported. If we closely examine, the current crisis of COVID-19 is different from anything we have been facing over the century. This pandemic situation was challenging for the companies, especially for the leaders of the organizations around all the world. The role of leader is obligatory to implement for the whole association including its employees those requires physical, emotional and psychological strength. During this crucial time, the leaders of several organizations has expressed the high level of sympathy towards their employees and they encouraged them to stay calm with methodological approach, regardless of thinking for what will happen next? Furthermore, the leaders were keen to provide the necessary financial, logistics and psychological support to the workers who were working remotely to achieve the goals set by the company also they ensure their safety.

    THE IMPACT OF EMPLOYEE PARTICIPATION ON ORGANIZATIONAL PERFORMANCE

    In twenty-first century, the business environment is getting so fast paced and dynamic. Today Organizations are very much pressurized due to stiff competition. So, organizations have to come up with strategies that will give them a competitive edge. Employee participation in decision making is one such strategy. It is in many forms and varies from organization to organization. Participation of employees is the involvement of employee in decision making which is also concerned with shared decision making in the work situation. It is also the form of delegation in which the subordinate gain control and freedom of choice with respect to bridging the communication gap between the management and workers. Employee participation is the process in which employees take part in decision making process, instead of directly implementing on orders.

    IMPACT OF PRICE FAIRNESS AND AMBIENCE ON CUSTOMER LOYALITY

    Purpose- This study was conducted to get an idea about customer satisfaction in Pakistan restaurant industry that highly depends on pricing and ambiance. In this survey many types of restaurants were not included. Design/Methodology-This survey was completed by filling out questionnaires with the help of 250 people. Collected data was analyzed by using different software like; SPSS and PSL-SEM. Practical Implications:According to literature review mixed findings were observed, as clear from our survey that customer satisfaction highly depends on the pricing and ambiance, therefore restaurant owner should pay high attention towards these two attributes.
