    Digital marketing is becoming much more popular than traditional marketing strategies in this era of the digital world and web 3.0. Search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, influencer marketing, and other digital marketing tools and strategies are giving businesses a significant competitive advantage in gaining a sizable market share. Since most customers use social media to shop, companies must utilize the right online advertising methods to promote their businesses there. Digital marketers create a range of advertising campaigns for organizations employing SEO, SEM, and SMM tactics to generate leads and internet traffic from diverse platforms. The second component of the development being report surveys the importance of SEO tools and techniques in digital marketing. The study asked customers how they felt about brands and services on search engines like Google. Internet users commonly utilize search engines to find products and services. To rank well on Google, a website must concentrate on good SEO methods like creating high-quality content. The poll found that more individuals were utilizing the internet and search engines, thus firms should employ SEO tools and methods to sell on many platforms. Digital marketing has a 30% worldwide growth rate. Despite fierce competition, digital marketers and digital marketing organizations have a promising future.

    Time and tide work for no one, as everybody knows all too well. We must adapt to the quick pace of historical change. During this time, I was able to get firsthand experience with Pakistan's banking system. So, I went to work at HBL Preddy Gates. Banu to satisfy my need for direct experience and education in the fundamentals of banking. During my six weeks at HBL, I was able to learn what I needed to know. Efforts have been perceived to prepare the report in a manner that initiates its important characteristics primarily for students as well as for the layperson. Beginning with an overview of the department itself, this paper goes on to detail the account opening, depositing, and clearing processes. After that, it goes into detail regarding the shop where I labored and saw many functions and acquired tacit knowledge, including the customer service and satisfaction process. In this article, I'll shed some light on the process of applying for and receiving various types of advances and loans of all kinds. I performed a SWOT review of the HBL, which elucidates several facets of the company. I offered various kind of Recommendation with various difficulties. Finally, I'd like to note that I wrote this article to pique your interest in the management techniques used by HBL Corp of Pakistan.

    To choose where to complete my internship, I selected Brighto Paints as the ideal destination for my internship due to several compelling reasons. Brighto Paints is Pakistan’s first multinational paint company, renowned in the industry for its excellence. During my internship at Brighto Paints in the field of marketing, I immersed myself in a diverse range of marketing tasks and projects, applying academic knowledge to real-world scenarios. Notable accomplishments included successful campaign execution, market research analysis, customer engagement, blog posting, content creation and social media handling. This internship honed my marketing skills, including data analysis, communication, and campaign management, while challenges encountered along the way strengthened my abilities and adaptability. Guided by Mr. Ali Khan, Marketing manager as supervisor for my internship, this internship has provided me with a solid foundation for a promising career in the dynamic world of marketing. In addition to the invaluable experience gained at Brighto Paints, this internship allowed me to witness firsthand the inner workings of a leading multinational paint company. I had the privilege of collaborating with a talented team of professionals who offered guidance and mentorship throughout my internship journey. This exposure not only enhanced my understanding of the paint industry but also cultivated essential soft skills, such as teamwork, problem-solving, and time management. Furthermore, the company's commitment to innovation and sustainability inspired me and reinforced my belief in the importance of environmentally responsible practices in the business world. As I conclude my internship, I am filled with gratitude for the opportunities and knowledge gained during my time at Brighto Paints. I am eager to carry forward the lessons and experiences from this internship into my future endeavors, confident that they will contribute significantly to my growth and success in the field of marketing.

    Impact of COVID-19 on Productivity and Financial Performance of a SMEs in Pakistan

    COVID-19 is a health emergency worldwide and affects almost all countries in the world. It started with CHINA then move to different parts of the world. Millions of people in the world effect due to this epidemic situation. This crisis globally affects national and global economics. This epidemic situation forces many businesses to close. Many business groups are facing losses such as a decrease in the sale, shortage of raw material, supply chain disruption, cancellation of export orders due to transport disruption. This pandemic situation is harshly affecting the stock market, economy, transportation, health care as well as Animal market and meat market in Pakistan. Pakistani economy cannot bear such kind of disruption caused by this epidemic situation. By this, the overall GDP of the world is decreasing. It seems that most of the people after this pandemic leads to becoming less interested in investment and most probably interested in saving our capital that leads towards a decrease in economic growth. In September 2020, the current country account deficit is still in the surplus from the 03 continuous months of US $73millions (Trade, 2020). Most of the companies allow their workers to continue their work from home but, there is an extra cost which the company has to bear. By this, productivity and financial performance badly affect, and profit is decreases day by day, and the cost of living in this crisis is increasing day by day. There is a positive and negative effect of the productivity and financial performance of the SMEs on the individual lifestyle and society. In the lockdown, most of the SMEs did not pay their worker, and employees are facing harsh times. By this, the rate of unemployment is increasing in this pandemic situation.
