    Paigham TV

    This report presents an overview of my internship experience as an Assistant Producer at Paigham TV, a notable Islamic educational television network that broadcasts in Urdu and Pashto. Paigham TV was launched in 2011 with the assistance of Imam Kaaba Sheikh Abdul Rahman Al Sudais with the prime objective of conveying the message of Islam to people of the world with bias for any particular religion. Its programming includes religious education and Issues related to the union of Muslims; The channel is available in more than sixty-five countries and recently introduced Paigham TV UK. During my internship I took part in organization of elements involved in the production stage. Some of the foremost duties I performed in the position were handling cameras during live and recorded transmission and making sure programs had good video quality. I also performed outlines of panel handling, which involved supervising transition and feeds for continuous broadcasting. Setting up of lights was another area of my activity during the filming; I was changing the studio and external lighting to the best conditions possible. Beside these achievement, I was responsible for the voice overs in several programs that involved audio modulation as well as script analyzing and reading. I also did video editing where I compiled a video, fix it with the relevant software, include necessary graphics and then make sure that the final video was up to the standards of the channel. I consider that through this internship I had collected full knowledge of television production practices within the religious broadcasting environment. I managed to my technical skills in operating cameras, arranging the lights, controlling the panels, as well as my voice over, and editing videos.

    This report is about internship program in Pakistan Television Corporation starting from 23-07-2024 to 23-09-2024. This internship provide me an overview of how our media industry works. This report provides summary of what is my experience, and how it will groom my personality for future profession. I worked in newsroom for one month and in current affairs for next month. In first week I observed each and everything and learned how things were being done with great care. In next week I practice new stories, package scripts, Urdu typing practice in newsroom. I used to go with coverage team for as-live on weather coverage and practiced as-live. They also provided me editing knowledge and insights about the process how they on air the news in master control room. In this time period, I also learned news editing and filing software NIMS like how to file a news (slug, template, source, time, status, action,) while writing a story and how it interlinked with all branches of PTV. In 2nd month of internship I worked in current affair department. In this time I worked at different programs shooting including SMART WORLD, RABI-UL-AWAL Special program from 1st Rabi-ul-Awal to 12th, WEEKEND SPECIAL, THE SOCIETY, SAMAAJ SUDHAR, and SOCH VICHAR. In this time I focused on things like usage of proper light to enhance the image quality. In my view, I really liked the working style of organization the smooth working of preproduction, production and postproduction. The knowledge that I learned from this internship is really valuable for me and it will help me to fulfil my objectives.

    Message Communications

    This report explains my internship in the creative department at Message Communications. The objective of my internship was to acquire practical experience in the sector, enabling me to apply my academic knowledge of media and communication. During my internship, I utilized my creative writing talents on various projects and client campaigns, developed campaigns, formulated social media strategies, and conducted content analytics. During my internship, I was accountable for various responsibilities, and this report includes them all comprehensively. Participating in real-time brainstorming sessions for new initiatives, multiple strategies and calls to action, and creating material for existing social media campaigns are integral components of the job description. My most significant assignments to date include developing creative content for a skincare brand's campaign and the August 14th promotions, contributing to competition’s content for Arshad Nadeem. I proofread a CBD documentary and evaluated a client's website to provide enhancements to the content approach. One of my principal objectives in undertaking this internship was to have a deeper understanding of the procedures involved in creating advertisements and formulating social media marketing strategies. Proficiency in transforming innovative ideas into well-structured advertising campaigns was essential for engaging the target market. Through the completion of many assignments, I refined my skills in campaign execution and generated more appealing and engaging content. The major purpose of this report is to present proof of my contributions to the creative and technical dimensions of content development across various mediums. This include content development across many media, process observation in audio and video production, and brand positioning strategy discussions. My practical skills and insights are delineated in each section of the report through the application of these experiences. My internship provided me with a comprehensive overview of the creative industry. The information and experience I have acquired in content development, campaign strategy, and social media algorithms ‘observations enhance my academic learning and prepare me for future success in the media and communication sectors.

    PTV Multan (July 29th 2024 - September 7th, 2024) in this report i have write down about my internship period and mention the things i have learned through my internship. This experience will help me in future as well. I got training in the news and the production department the news department worked 24/7. I learned about the department's inner workings, activities, and importance within the organization. During my internship, I observed news production, report creation, and employee responsibilities. Learned news writing, reporting, anchoring, and scriptwriting techniques. Gained hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere for editing. Developed voiceover skills and understanding of media programs. Participated in news reading and anchoring. My internship provided Practical understanding of professional media practices. Appreciation for smooth channel management and its motto projecting Pakistan's positive image. Enhanced skills in reporting, anchoring, script writing, and editing. I successfully created a package on the plantation campaign which was broadcasted on PTV and PTV Multan. This internship exceeded my expectations, providing comprehensive knowledge and practical experience. I developed essential skills, built confidence, and gained industry insights, paving the way for a successful media career
