Item IMPACT OF DIGITAL MARKETING ON CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT IN FMCG(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus., 2020-11-20) HAMZA TARIQ; CIIT/FA17-BBA-219/LHR; MS. TAHIRA UMAIR; LHR TP 6699The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of Digital marketing on consumers ' brand loyalty in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) markets. Quantitative testing strategies have been used in this analysis. A self-administration online survey of the Likert form gathered primary data for the study. The volunteers familiar with the quick transport of consumer goods received from 201 participants. The test sample models were analyzed by using reliability tests and regression analysis. A study found that in fast-moving consumer product markets two separate factors (the electronic word-of-mouth and group communities) impact brand loyalty. However, there was no association between the other two independent variables (Digital Marketing and brand loyalty). The findings will play an important role in improving and increasing customers by using word of mouth and group community marketing tactics.Item Malpractices in Fast food industry of Pakistan(Library Information Services, CUI Lahore, 2010) SYED HAMZA ATHER; CIIT/SP15-MBO-008/LHR; MS. It has become one of the major industries in the world due to rapid increase in popularity and number of customers. Fast Food can be prepared quickly that’s why getting popularity among customers. Fast food restaurants have become gradually more well-liked in Pakistan as well. Fast food business of Pakistan is the next leading as it accounts for 27% of its value added production and 16% of the total employment in modern segment with an estimated 180 million customers with rising incomes. Pakistan is the world’s 8th biggest marketplace when it comes to fast food and other foodstuff connected businesses (Sanober, 2014). On an average the fast food industry in Pakistan as well as the tendency of consumption behavior of the locals in the state is rising by almost 21% yearly, which predicts rapid expansion in fast food business. Pakistanis spend at least Rs.90 billion on dining out each year. Owing to the recent financial disaster and the evolution of the Basel II deal, it is receiving considerable responses. The management of risk therefore remains a crucial and Difficult business function. Study objective of this research was to study relationships among risk management and profitability of Pakistan's financial institutions. Balanced longitudinal data were obtained between 2016 and 2019 from 3 larges banks' annual published financial statements.
