The nature of the study is qualitative. The researcher has contact twenty faculty members (ten faculty members working on BPS and ten working on TTS) to do in depth face-to-face interviews in four public sector universities with the academic professionals working on BPS and TTS. Participants in the survey will comprehend that their names will kept private by receiving a clear explanation. The results shows that mostly faculty members are familiar with the difference between two systems. The findings also suggests that one both system have their own pros and cons. This study explore the approaches of the best education-based NGOs in Pakistan to optimize the supply chain system, which will enable the young generation to become active citizens of a man-machine socio-economic society emerging. Since more than 60 percent of the Pakistani population is composed of people of an age below 30 years, the delivery of digital resources, contemporary curriculum, education of teachers and technological facilities on education networks should be efficient. The study thoroughly assesses the supply chain practices of NGOs based on education in the Pakistani cities key to a qualitative structure, which is designed on the basis of in-depth interviews of 25 employees and through the examination of strategic plans, curriculum guidelines, and internet-based learning programs. It identified five areas of focus namely, Digital Readiness (DR), Conceptual Readiness (CR), Curriculum Innovation (CI), Youth Empowerment (YE), and NGO-Technology Integration (NTI). The results state the severe gap between rural and urban infrastructure, fragmented activities within NGOs, and ineffectiveness of the provision and combination of online education services. The research advocates the establishment of an integrated, NGO-based digital education supply chain system, solidified collaboration between the state and non-state in support of the technological inclusion, and the launching of built-to-scale innovation pre-planned labs that could benefit the young generation. The purpose of these recommendations is to improve the efficiency of the targeted population education sector NGO activities and to facilitate closure of the digital and conceptual preparedness-related gap taking place among young generation in Pakistan because of a fast socio-economic evolution.

Total Reward, Commitment and Doctors’ performance in Public service hospitals in Punjab, Pakistan
(Library Information Services, COMSATS University Islamabad, Lahore Campus, 2021) Fatima Muhammad Ashhad; SP19-RPM-023; Dr. Rana Nadir Idrees; LHR TP 7213
The basic purpose of this study is to evaluate and examine the relationship between Total reward and doctors’ performance through using commitment as a mediator in their relationship. Performance is judged when researchers have to evaluate organization growth and efficiency. Previous studies basically focused on few dimensions of total reward i.e., benefits or recognition but all dimensions were not tested with commitment as a mediator. Drawing on expectancy theory employees put effort in expectation that their effort leads to performance which ultimately leads towards satisfactory reward. We propose that total rewards (TR) is an important tool that helps to increase the Employee Performance by enhancing commitment level among the employees in the workplace ambience. Almost 180 questionnaires were distributed and 100 were finalized. The data collected was from online questionnaires and by distributing in public hospitals of Punjab. SPSS software was used for analysis of responses collected. The result shows that there is significant positive relationship among TR and DP. Moreover results show that commitment positively mediates the relationship of both variables. In the last, conclusion, implication, recommendation, and future study are also presented at the end of the study.
