Abstract:
IESCO was founded in 1998 to take over the assets, functions and responsibilities of the erstwhile Islamabad Area Electricity Board, which was then a division of WAPDA.
The organization is managed by a number of departments. such as the departments of human resource management, human resources information system, admin and services section, recruitment section , training and development section ,and confidential section, etc. IESCO has a complete organizational structure that enables them to carry out their assigned responsibilities in a hierarchical manner. Additionally, IESCO does a SWOT analysis to determine their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats.
