Abstract:
Style Textile has evolved from a cotton exporter to Pakistan’s premier commercial
conglomerate, with five publicly traded companies focused on two major businesses: textile and
Asghar Ali perfumes. Style is now viewed as comparable to multinationals working in the
region. In terms of product quality and managerial abilities I just finished my internship in style
textile PTV Limited, where I received instruction from the HR department. Basically, the
internship was centered on Talent hunt recruitment training process. The system, the working
