Abstract:
This report of Amna Bilal Chughtai (FA20-BAF-065) is of the 6 week long internship completed
at Kohinoor Textile Mills Limited (KTML) in the Raiwind division. It explains in depth the
procedures conducted in the financial areas along with the business operations.
The report begins with an introduction of the company as well as what the internee faced during
the 6 weeks along with the background and SWOT analysis of Kohinoor Textile Mills Ltd. An
organizational chart is included as well sharing all details of the positions there and in depth
discussion on the production process
The report's fourth section, which focuses on several aspects of the financial department, takes the
stage. This section provides an overview of the various fields the intern worked in as well as a
thorough analysis of the protocols and practices in each of these fields.
The fifth and sixth part is a reflection on the internship experience of the internee, highlighting the
challenges faced and the impact on the intern’s career. The intern reflects on the learning
