Abstract:
My experience as an intern at UBL is detailed in this report. As an internship report, my responsibilities at UBL Bank are summarised below. A leading Pakistani bank, UBL has been around since 1959. The Bank is putting its energy into strategic planning and resource optimisation so that it can face future difficulties with confidence. In the second part of 1997, the bank started its reorganisation & restructuring efforts with the formation of an expert committee. Recovering the classified and questionable portfolio and locating and simplifying the branch network are the present objectives of management. Improving our internal processes in order and client service are two of our current areas of emphasis. While ramping up its monthly deposit campaigns, the bank is also pursuing collection efforts for nonperforming houses and outstanding debts with more vigour than before. The UBL has been around for about fifty years and has assets that exceed 747,000,000 Pakistan rupees. They have over a hundred and twenty branches all throughout Pakistan and a bunch of other nations that are willing to help you out. Stockholders' equity exceeds fourteen billion rupees. The essay begins with a brief history of the bank before moving on to describe its operations. Here, we take a look at every single banking choice that you have. We conclude by outlining some questions to consider in light of the UBL frameworks. In my follow-up to the study, I provide my thoughts on the company, UBL overall, and any suggestions or remarks I may have derived from my findings with the bank. Internships are required for the Master of Business Administration degree. Internships provide students with real-world experience in in addition classroom learning.
