This study examines the influence of project manager’s shared leadership on project success, in the projects of a construction industry. Evidently construction projects are complex and multi-team continuum. It is a growing concern that if teams are given more autonomy in the form of shared leadership; it can lead to extend project collaboration in construction projects. This study also investigates the mediating role of project collaboration in the relationship between shared leadership and project performance. Moreover, this study also examines the moderating effect of project complexity in the link between shared leadership and project collaboration. This study will employ the survey-questionnaire for data collection. The data is analyzed through structural equation modeling. We collected 141 Samples by using convince sampling technique from construction industry .This study follows cross-sectional design. The results publicized that shared leadership intensifies project success directly and via project collaboration.
