Abstract

This internship report is based on a 6-week internship program that I undertook at Gunjbukhash Builders LTD from July to August as part of my BBA (Hons) program. As a newcomer to the practical, business world, every hour spent at the office provided me with valuable experience that cannot be expressed in words. Nonetheless, they were all beneficial to my profession. I separated this report into several sections: In the first section, I discuss Gunjbukhash Builders LTD introduction, vision statement, mission statement, core values, and facilities. The second portion discusses the industry's business profile in this segment, I disputed Gunjbukhash Builders LTD 's management. Or Gunjbukhash Builders LTD s organizational chart, structure, and departments. The third portion is about business strategy, which includes a SWOT analysis of the industry as well as a SWOT analysis of Gunjbukhash Builders LTD. The fourth portion is about what I learned throughout my internship, in which I detail my tasks, successes, latest information gained, issues encountered, and, finally, how this experience has influenced my career. The last section discusses findings and recommendations.
