During COVID 19 the absenteeism increased rapidly. How organization can control it?

Abstract

The COVID 19, most discussed topic now a days, how this disease limit the people to their homes and stop the everyday work around the globe. The people around the globe were worried, what will happen next, is it going to be expands rapidly. Every day on news and internet sites they have seen the deaths of several peoples due to COVID 19. These deaths force workers to quarantine themselves in their homes. This virus is affecting 217 countries in total around the world. The whole globe faces this issue which originated from China. People were limited to their houses and absenteeism of the workers increased in every industry which leads organization and industries to face major losses and difficulties to run their businesses. Some business which can be done by avoiding social presence increased rapidly, like e-commerce related services increased rapidly. People were facing difficulties to meet their basic needs of daily life, developed countries provided financial packages to their citizens but developing countries couldn’t able to deliver the package to their citizens due to lack of resources and financial instability. Every business around the world is affected by this pandemic; the worst affect is seen in the tourism and Airline industry, activity related to these businesses was nearly stopped around the globe. People related to this business were getting half salary but how long an industry can afford salaries of a large workforce without doing any business activity.
