Abstract

Packages restricted organization was set up in 1957. They began their business as a joint venture with Ali group of Pakistan and Akeund and Rausing of Sweden. With the progression of time they upgrade their offices to fulfill the developing need of Packages item. Since 1982, Packages restricted organization has joint undertaking with Tetra Pak International in Tetra Pak Pakistan Limited to make paperboard for dissolved food packaging and to stage Tetra Pak packaging gear. In July, 1994, DIC Pakistan Limited, in which Packages restricted, has 55% control, begun creation and offer of printing inks (Nisar 2019)
