dc.description.abstractThe new millennium develops an unpredictable business environment; besides, there is pressure about companies to establish a modern strategic approach that allows increasing market participation that can significantly impact companies' performance to survive under a highly competitive and globalized environment. Therefore, according to various academics and researchers consider Corporative Social Responsibility (CSR) is the best strategic approach for larger enterprises MNC and SMEs at a small and medium level to adopt to gain greater profits. Consequently, this empirical study's central target discusses and analyzes various aspects of the existing relationship between more massive business performances and CSR on MNCs for this purpose we have selected international company Tesla Inc. The result can elaborate on the significance of a positive relationship between CSR and a more extensive business firm's performance.
