STRESS AND BURNOUT ISSUES IN ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The sole purpose of this study was to examine the stress and burnout issue in organizations strict in Lahore. Chapter 1 contains introduction. Chapter 2 contains a review of the literature pertaining to the stress and burn out. The methodology used to conduct the study is presented in Chapter 3. The results of the analysis of the collected data are presented in Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 which contain a summary of the study, a discussion of the results, conclusion drawn from the results, recommendations and proposals for further research.
