dc.description.abstractStress is an emerging extending dilemma in firms as it is active state during which person tackled with occasion, need for a person’s desires and is recognized to be vague and needed. Work stress is a often problem across employment and its impact on worker’s productivity. Meanwhile. job performance can be considered as a labor in which an individual is able to fulfill a assigned task by rationally utilizing the available resources assigned to him/her efficaciously. Currently, workers are alarmingly evaluating the stress managing problems which contributes to lower job productivity of worker deriving from not being satisfied with their post and elevated yield eventually affects their organizational aim and goals. The overall purpose of methodology is, to collect relevant data and illustrate the research procedures. It involves the research design, the sample procedure, how to collect data for the project work report, and inspecting procedure. This project work is based on explanatory research which mainly focuses on the major issues of the organization. Thematic sampling techniques have been chosen for qualitative data and cluster sampling technique for quantitative data. Under the primary data, the method which i have selected for collecting the data was ground on the questionnaires infused by the sample employees where employees are selected and interviewed randomly at Descon Corporation Limited. Mainly focuses on the major issues of the organization. Thematic sampling techniques have been chosen for qualitative data and cluster sampling technique for quantitative data. Under the primary data, the method which i have selected for collecting the data was to make questionnaires and then distributed them among the workers of the firm, where employees are selected and interviewed randomly at Descon Corporation Limited. For qualitative data, sample size is 5-6 key persons whereas for quantitative data, the sample size is 47. For qualitative method, i conducted short interviews with all the department heads of the organization in order to get the in-depth information regarding work stress, job accomplishment and coping styles. Close-ended questionnaires with likert scale rating has been designed to gather quantitative data which is based on major issues i.e. work stress, influence of work stress on job performance, stress management program evaluation and their individual coping styles. Data analysis would be interpretive using content analysis by taking support using SPSS program. Finally, i will conclude the findings followed be the recommendations, keeping in view contemporary research in the area.
