Abstract

Sometimes we relate the concept of performance and productivity in a linear way like organizational productivity increased due to specified standard goals that were set to achieve those goals that cause to high productivity. Performance appraisals always remain a greater concern for HR to choose the appropriate method to evaluate their performance output. But we cannot neglect the factor that certain employee’s ability plays a significant role to achieving those goals and meeting deadlines. So whenever we talk about organizational productivity their effective performance reflect itself. The purpose of this study is just to explore the concept of employee performance and how directly or indirectly it impacts on the organizations to lead the world. Those companies that do not take strict measures against employee performance measuring process they could not sustain in the long run with same repute. Globalization pressure is increasing day by day and it became very stressful for competitive organizations to compete on international level by standing among competitors. To get extra ordinary performance you have to keep your employees engaged and motivated by paying strict attention on them. Performance is only based on the working criteria that how the job is being performed. Training is the only source in which worker could perform the required results whether its technical or no-technical task ( Raja, Furqan & Khan 2011).
