dc.description.abstractIn this age of competition, achieving the competitive advantage is the primary key of success for the organization because every organization has a race to get ahead of each other and they want to increase their market share and expand global presence. Every organization wants to become a multinational company. The main purpose of every companies is that the existence in this competitive world, to that end, they need to hire the right people for the job so that organization can thrive. One of the most important factor of success is effective work force management, if company recruit right people for right job and give them best work environment then effective workforce management will be prepared. At recent time human resource management are playing an important role to establish effective workforce by hiring right people for right job. For this purpose, different strategies are adopted such as planning, organizing, leading, controlling. Organizations ensure that the right people recruited for the right job so that organization meet high performance. There is a lot of pressure on employees in the organization in order to check whether they are competent for this job or not. Due to high competition in the market, there is a high level of pressure on employees in the organization. And in this stressful environment, it is very difficult for any worker to be happy and this is the main factor which influence employee satisfaction and his work performance, if employee is not happy he will remain in stressful condition and his work performance will be low, mental disorder and reduce capability for smart thinking and depression issues (Smallwood & Andrews-Hanna,2013). Organization needs to make strategies and plans for employees to keep them happy so that they could encounter stressful situations on the work place at advance level and their effectiveness will be more productive and organization can achieve success.
