Abstract

To say that the human resource is the most important resource an organization can have is not an overstatement. Most of the times, organizations are judged in terms of their technological superiority, strong financial position etc but what is often overlooked is the people that made it happen. The creativity and the hard work of the employees are the main reasons organizations are able to achieve these competitive advantages.
