Abstract

In section two there is the introduction of the company and Nishat’s different projects. Section three is based on the organizational structure and how many departments are in the textile explain the organization chat of the Nishat. In section four there are the business strategies marketing and competitive strategies respectively. Section five is about the SWOT analysis. While section six is related to the business process analysis where all the operations described.in the section seven there are the problems which is faced by the Nishat. Section eight is based on the problems encountered. Section nine explain my duties while internship. Section ten and eleven is based on the accomplishments and new knowledge acquired respectively. Section twelve is about the conclusion. Section thirteen and fourteen are about the limitations and recommendations.
