Abstract

As an intern in the marketing department, I was employed by Good IT Solutions in Engineer Private Limited. During my internship, I was able to put my business administration expertise to use while gaining extensive expertise working with the organization. During my first internship direction, I met with my team lead and supervisor to go over the company's policies, ethics, and reporting standards as well as my own role and duties. All of the employees, including myself, were made to feel quite welcome by the hosts. Head of the company or organisation. My practical Beginning on the following day of my internship, I was assigned to a sales team and was responsible for physically visiting various locations, such as offices, houses, banks, and restaurants, to present our company's services and meet our weekly sales goals. There are two parts to my internship. For the first three weeks, I was an integral part of a sales team that relied on antiquated methods of advertising; for the last three weeks, I was a digital marketer who used more cutting-edge strategies. Since I gained an understanding of both the qualitative and quantitative components of marketing, I found the learning experience to be both condensed and fruitful. I was able to generate ten sales for the company in the first three weeks, ranking among the top performers on my team. With seven scheduled calls in just three weeks, I was also one of the top three interns in the final position half of the programme. I used to meet with my team leader on Saturdays, and he would give me feedback on how I was doing each week and offer suggestions on how to improve. Every single employee, even the interns, was required by policy to document their daily activities and accomplishments in an EOD Report (End of the Day Report). The organisation made use of Slack, a messaging app popular among companies and industries for internal communication. Its primary function inside the organisation was reporting. Additionally, they utilized software Hub Staff during which I became involved as a digital marketing professional during my internship's latter half. With Hub Staff, you can record your screen, monitor your cursor motion and keep track of the URLs you've visited and the amount of hours you've worked. It is evident that the organisation prioritises innovation and leverages current technology to streamline its operations.
