Abstract

x Abstract The research looks into the issues that prevent pharmaceutical companies from expanding internationally through a case study on Remington Pharmaceuticals, a top company in Pakistan. The field looks at the main hurdles of complicated regulations, intellectual property challenges, differences in medical fees, supply problems, and political strains. By studying secondary data and focusing on the difficulties Remington has encountered while growing internationally, this study reveals what such barriers mean for the firm’s market growth and how it makes its decisions. The study tells us that it is important to have standard regulations, strong protection of intellectual property, varied pricing, and to cooperate with other countries to deal with these problems. The findings also add to the theories that explain how companies expand their activities internationally in developing countries.
