Intership Reort on Munawar Associates and Chartered Accountants (MACA)

Abstract

Munawar Associates and Chartered Accountants (MACA) has been an esteemed auditing firm for more than 20 years. Throughout, MACA has been providing top-tier services to its clients and has managed to create its reputation amongst more than 350 sectors. In this report, I have given a short introduction to MACA. This includes its services, organizational structure, the sort of culture it has, and the approach of HR in the firm, I have also provided a brief overview regarding the entire process of auditing as conducted in the firm. I also included a short SWOT analysis of the firm. In the final section, I mentioned the organizations I had to audit for and also talked in great detail regarding all the duties I was required to perform, the knowledge I gained through this, and some problems I encountered in the firm and recommended some solutions for said problems. Working at MACA, I was able to have significant exposure to the finance industry, especially the auditing field. The observations and the things that I learned in this internship have made it possible for me to have an excellent experience under my command, and I was also able to put to use all the financial knowledge I had acquired in my education so far
