PAYS, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS ON BERGER PAINTS

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to gain knowledge about how and what Berger Paints is giving Compensations and Benefits to their employees. This project states how the company is compensating their employees not only by financial incentives but also with other health, personal services/family friendly/social security benefits. This project is divided into five major parts, first is the brief introduction of the company and its culture. Second part will focus upon the selected function that is Pays, Compensation and Benefits. The third part will be the Gap Analysis conducted by evaluating the policies and practices of the Company in the required function we selected. The fourth part will focus upon the recommendations. Lastly the fifth part will contain references.
