Abstract

This is your easy way to shop online. Recently, even in the Asian region, its own throne has been raised Pakistan and India. India according to latest has adjusted it at a very rapid pace as compared to Pakistan; they have several furniture, fashion and food website, usually with well-known companies such as Amazon and e-bay (Dr.Rizwana, Irsa, & Waqas, 2015). With the Internet, you can easily get products and services online. In Internet community, online shopping behavior is very popular (Bosnjak, Galesic, & ai, 2007). Benefits of online purchasing is that it provide the customer detail information about product and multiple choice, so customers compared the price and product online with other one online market. The more option of choosing product and conveniences, it is easier for customer to buy product and services on their desired (Butler & Peppard, 1998). The main purpose segmentation of market is division into a wide target market into consumers groups who share common interests, expectation and needs. Successful segment of market enables online store to customize their goods/product, services, and marketing efforts to appeal more specifically to the expectations, needs and motivations of each segment. There are different ways to divide the market of market such as behavioral, psychographic, demographic, etc. In term demographic segmentation, the market is dividing according to income, race, age, religious, ethnicity, family size, gender and education of consumers. Although psychographic class groups market, according to consumers traits of personality, values, beliefs, expectation, attitudes, interest and lifestyles. And other one is behavioral segmentation theory informs consumers of their actual behavior and the way they react to a product. Yes, it tells.
