Abstract

I joined US Denim Mils (Pvt.) Ltd. Lahore for a short time as an internee. The motive behind the joining of US Denim was to experience the field working style and what are the practices of workplace. I devoted six weeks internship to learn about the US Denim which is the most precious time for me and it would be very helpful in my future. I visited almost every department of US Denim during internship. US Denim was established in 2006, now this organization has set a path of working smartly. US Denim is serving to large number of world’s top brands with their demanded specification and wit complete quality assurance. The objective of this report is to express what I did observed and what are the measures that can help US Denim to capitalize its strengths to overcome its weakness and remove the threats. This is not possible for me to express the whole process with technical points. This report covers the introduction of the organization and particulars of different departments
