Abstract

The main theme and part of the research is to identify the factors that affect the mobile banking and customer acceptance of mobile banking in developing countries and many other aspect of study in this research like from the other report in different countries like china, India, Malaysia and Bangladesh and sri landa are also a part of developing countries and they have a large number of people have a mobile banking user in the region and they have different variable to measure the dependent variable and the independent variable is knowledge, Accessibility and security of mobile application and how these term are affective on the conventional banking there are also many factors that are related to mobile banking like time saving and cost saving for the user and the time saving for the banking employees and they are less demotivate in front of others and the report data collection and the method for the data collection are used is secondary data method because of the covid situation in country the possibility of data is very difficult so that‟s why secondary data are used and the end result of the data are analysis according to the research of the previous research data and the methodology are used according to the end result of the other report that are posted in the other developed countries.
