Abstract

Shezan international was incorporated on May 13, 1964 as a private limited company based in Lahore, Pakistan. The core objective of this firm set up the industry understanding for manufacture of juices. Jams, pickles, squashes and preserves from fruits and vegetables. To fulfil the degree requirement of BS (Accounting & Finance) I joined as an internee in Shezan International Limited from 17th July 2017 to 26thAugust 2017.During my internship in Shezan I worked in Finance & Accounts Department for the understanding about the process of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Payroll process, Sales recording process, Taxation, Payment process and Material Purchase Cycle and voucher fillings. This report contains all the basic information about company and covers almost every aspect of the company like when company came into existence worldwide and in Pakistan. In this report you’ll find the detail SWOT analysis and their core business strategies which align company’s effort to consistently achieving the top rank in leadership quality.
