Abstract

This report on my internship at Pakistan Spring and Engineering Company gives a general overview of my time there as student intern. I gained insightful knowledge about the company's financial operations throughout this internship while also being exposed to numerous aspects of financial management. Pakistan Spring & Engineering Company (Pvt.) Limited is a Private Sector Company engaged in the parts and components manufacturing business. Core business of the Company is development and production of Automotive Parts & Accessories. Mission of the Company is to produce Quality Parts in Pakistan with Competitive Prices. Due to the high value addition, Company is contributing in saving precious Foreign Exchange of the Country and Job Creation. Company is registered in FBR & SECP, so, Accounting Practices are properly followed. The objective of this report is to recognize the company's background, financial procedures and systems. It also aims at briefly analyzing the organizational structure and its strategies. In addition, The organization's key strengths, noticeable flaws, attractive prospects, and prospective threats have all been thoroughly identified through a thorough SWOT analysis. This analysis acts as the cornerstone for a detailed assessment. The main learning outcomes from the internship experience are also highlighted in this report, and they cover a wide range of new knowledge and skill development.
