Internship on Colony Textile Mills Limited

Abstract

This internship report based on six-week long program I successfully completed in Colony Textile Mills Limited under the Human Resource Department from 17 July,2023 to 25 August 2023 as a requirement of my BBA program in the department of management sciences of COMSATS university of Islamabad Lahore campus. Every hour I spent working at CTM provided me with some amount of experience, some of which cannot be articulated in words. But despite that, each one was valuable to my professional development. Human resources, including their skills, knowledge, and competences as well as the synergy between them, are becoming an organization's most important asset, a new source of wealth, and a crucial component of competitive advantages. The purpose and vision statements, corporate biography, history, and introduction of the host organization are all briefly cited in this report.
