STATE LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN

Abstract

This internship report is a mere attempt to analyze how theories are being implemented in the practical world. As a student of Business Administration this is a part of my study to gain practical knowledge by interning in an organization. For this purpose I got the opportunity to work with one of the biggest insurance company in the country named State Life Insurance Corporation of Pakistan. The first part of this report is based on the details of the corporation from its formation till now. You will find the history and background of organization with its major offices and regions mentioned in this part. The organizational structure, hierarchies, and product lines are explained in detail. In order to analyze the organization from all aspects marketing strategy, competitive strategy and future plans are evaluated.
