Abstract

This report accommodate all information that I have gained while attending 7 weeks internship at Q.A.F department 7 weeks are not enough to have complete knowledge of this huge industry but still I learned a lot from here. The purpose of this internship report is to complete degree of BBS leading to MBA from Ci. I am writing this report briefly with help of authentic information about my internship at KOHINOOR MILLS LIMITED. Kohinoor is one of the leading groups of Pakistan. This group is large numbers of diversifications business for example hosiery, Garments, units of KOHINOOR MILLS LIMITED is Kohinoor Dyeing, Kohinoor Weaving & power Generation (Genertek). The main aim of this internship is to learn the system and operations of textiles Sector. Three major parts of my internship reports 1 st is the history and background of this organization and its mission statement and vision, divisions or units, board of directors, chairman details. 2 nd is about business operations, organization structure, SWOT analysis, Marketing strategies and as well competitive strategies and the last part is related to my learning of this organization .All the activities were performed in Quality Assurance Finish department. I have gained all the knowledge that was necessary for the completion of my internship .After completing internship and according to my observation I have some recommendation for the improvement of QAF department
