Abstract

My internship was with Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited's (PTCL) Mandi Bahauddin Sales & Marketing department. The largest unified services provider in Pakistan, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), offers all telecommunications services, from basic voice telephone to data, internet, videoconferencing, etc. PTCL is the topmost provider of Telecommunication services in Pakistan. The services include basic telephony, telegraph, Internet, E-mail, Flash Fiber, LAN, WAN, Broadband, Universal Access Numbers (UAN), and other services. I have described the company’s introduction, history, vision and mission, their hierarchy, different departments working information, SWOT analysis, key-learnings during internships, accomplishment’s, weekly reports summary. I have also observed the incentives, compensation and benefits given to the employees. The report includes all the info highlighting my work capability in the company. As an internee, I have experienced how to deal with different situations, working under pressure, how to work in a team? I had a very good time in the company and performed my assigned duties as an intern with my 100% input in that work.
