INTERNSHIP REPORT HBL Microfinance Bank

Abstract

Through its various functions, the banking sector plays a significant role in the economy of any nation. Banks provide capital to the country in times of economic hardship, so if inflation happens to stabilize the economy, states borrow money from banks. Furthermore, the skills I developed and knowledge I learned during this time period would be very beneficial and reduce inefficiencies in the life it would lead after becoming skillful. Every BBA (marketing) student at the University of COMSATS is required to complete a six-week internship. Because the university requires it as a basic requirement for getting degree. My six-week internship at the HBL Microfinance Bank in Chiniot, Pakistan, created this report. The Pakistani banking industry cannot ignore the importance of HBL Microfinance Bank limited. The hub of business activity hustle is always there. Through supporting structure, this bank's operations strive to raise individual economies' mean per capita income. However, six weeks is not enough time to learn all of HBL Microfinance Bank's complicated operations. I worked hard to communicate them clearly in this report. In particular, I've been paid more attention to the study of distinctive qualities and services. I've done my best to elaborate on this report using the information I've read, heard, and seen.
