Organizational Performance on circular economy

Abstract

Challenge of moving from the linear economy to a circular economy model is a continuing process and also needs development and implementation of fresh knowledge, directing to innovation and technological sustainable processes of business services and products. The application of circular economy is studied under this work. How organizations use the circular economy. Because linear economy is simply wastage of resources because our resources are limited on the earth and we have to manage it to save our earth. This paper aims to raise awareness that organizations should use the circular economy in order to save our planet and species that are damaging due to the pollution that the linear economy is creating, and also the change in climate. The application of a circular economy will contribute to society. Many multinational companies are adopting the circular economy; their ways are helping the other organizations to take part in the circular economy. The performance of the organization enhances by the use of circular economy, their efficiency and effectiveness increases, also captures greater value from their material and resources, developing a new market and gaining more customers.it is also providing more returns and lower risks.
