SWITCH ENTERPRISES

Abstract

This report summarizes my Six-week Progress as internee at Switch Enterprises a a Logistics services company. The report explores Switch Enterprises Sales and HR department and my experiences there. I begin by presenting Switch Enterprises, providing some Introduction and Background on the firm, and outlining its services. I also discuss the enterprise's mission and vision, that were like the company's overarching objectives and strategy for achieving those objectives. Then, I go over the business's functions and the many tasks that employees perform. I also conduct a SWOT analysis to determine the business's assets as well as weaknesses for development. I discuss marketing approaches, which are essentially just elaborate schemes to increase sales. The report also covers my personal experiences during the internship, like the things I did, what I learned about the company, and the challenges I faced. It also talks about how the internship changed me and my understanding of work life. In the end, I offer some suggestions/recommendations to Switch Enterprises on how they can do even better in the market. The report reflects on how much I've learned and how this experience has changed the way I see the professional world.
